I love the size of the room, furniture, decorations, & lay out is excellent. Pool & breakfast area was excellent. Extra nice amenities such as gym, pool, fire pits. Linens & towels plentiful & clean. Hotel was quiet and sound proof. I liked that I was able to get the location that I requested as I had unlocked items in the bed of a pick up truck for two of the nights. I parked near my window, but did not watch the vehicle. Everything was safe and nothing was taken. Overall, I felt very safe at this hotel. As a woman traveling alone and hauling large equestrian items in an open truck bed which I knew was risky, but all items remained safe. I got to spend some time at the racetrack & used the excellent shuttle service that the hotel provided.

We went up to Saratoga between Christmas thru New Years, we had a great stay! The front desk staff was was amazing! I have to mention all staff in every capacity were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and fresh. The hotel was quite crowded with families and children and the pool, hot tub and workout area were always being used. So we so enjoyed hiking and trail exploring! The downtown area was great also for exploring with its many restaurants, bars, museums and parks! We had a wonderful time and will be back! Also daily complimentary FREE full hot delicious breakfast!

What didn't I like about this hotel ...the room was very clean and roomy...the breakfast was great... everything a breakfast buffet should have this hotel had. The breakfast staff kept the breakfast area very clean and they were always cleaning up and making sure we had everything we needed. They have a pool laundry room, an exercise room and business center. Most importantly they are PET FRIENDLY. They didn't have housekeeping service everyday (which was great for us) but when we asked to have the things we needed they were brought to our room within 10mins. Excellent hotel very happy with it.

The Homewood Suites was clean, had fresh decor, had comfortable suites and common areas. The staff were all very accommodating. Nice surprises were an excellent hot breakfast and free guest laundry facilities. We stayed at 6 different hotels and hotel brands on this road trip and were happiest with our experience at the Homewood Suites in Saratoga Springs.

This really is an exceptional hotel suites. The room is excellent, really modern with streaming pay TV options. The hotel has a nice outside area with seating, BBQ, firepit etc. Couldn't really fault the room, bed was really comfy. Breakfast was excellent, the normal fayre plus sausages, scrambled egg, waffles etc.
